Processing & Shipping Schedule:
Orders are processed within 3-7 business days. To avoid live plants sitting in transport facilities over the weekend, we ship orders Monday through Tuesdayvia USPS or UPS.

Live Arrival Guarantee:
We pack each plant with extreme care to ensure safe travel. Please inspect your plant immediately upon delivery. If your plant arrives severely damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo and video proof of the unopened box and damaged plant. 

Weather Considerations:
Please monitor your local weather. We are not responsible for severe weather damage (extreme heat or cold) if the package is left outdoors after delivery.

Address Verification:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
