Live Plant Policy:
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all sales are final. 

Damage Claim:
If your plant arrives damaged during transit, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Minor leaf damage or slight soil displacement may occur during shipping and does not qualify for a full replacement. Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled prior to shipment processing. Once a tracking number is generated, orders cannot be canceled.
